What this is

planning.memorylane.works is a private planning space for couples who have booked Memory Lane Studios for wedding photography and film. It is run by Memory Lane Studios (memorylane.works). This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your email address and name, so you can sign in. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us; we do not receive your Google password or access to anything else in your Google account.

Everything you choose to enter while planning: days and events, timelines, people and vendors, guest lists, questionnaire answers, your story, shot lists, documents and links, and any money records you add. You can leave any field empty.

How we use it

Only to plan and deliver your photography and film coverage: building the day-of schedule for our crew, recognising the people who matter to you, and keeping paperwork in one place. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing to anyone else.

Who can see it

You, your partner, anyone you or we add to your wedding (such as a planner), and the Memory Lane Studios team working on your wedding. Our crew receives a day-of packet drawn from what you entered.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in) and served by Vercel, both in the United States. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend. Each of these providers processes data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For the length of our work together and a reasonable period afterwards for delivery and records. If you would like your planning space removed sooner, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can edit or remove anything you entered at any time, and you can ask us for a copy of your data or for its deletion by writing to studios.mlane@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use only the cookie that keeps you signed in. There is no advertising or third-party tracking.
